Events, race series and races

Black Sheep Sports hosts a range of events, races and race series over the year. An event is one or more races held over a single day or in the case of the Trifest over the weekend. Individual races are always part of events. Each race may contain one or more waves of competitors. In the case of our triathlons this is to allow us to maintain a good water safety record.

Throughout the year we also group some of our events into race series. This allows competitors to compete over a number of races for a collective prize. These event pages contain information about all of our events, races and race series.
