Incorporating the 2009 Welsh Sprint Championships and part of the Welsh Triathlon Grand Prix Series 2009 this sprint distance triathlon takes in a dramatic open water sea swim, a challenging undulating cycle course and a scenic run route.

Waves

 

Two Waves will be used to control the field:

  • 1st Wave (male) start at 08:00

  • 2nd Wave (Females) start at 08:05

     

 
Transition

Transition rules\information, e.g. use of ID\race numbers for security\access etc. Entry to the transition area will be controlled by the Transition Co-ordinator and entry will only be allowed with matching Race/Bike numbers
